Decisions were necessary for us to survive as children in our families. As adults negative decisions are no longer useful and become hindrances to getting what we want. In fact, they are at the root of self-defeating patterns in our lives. Adults pick friends, jobs, and romantic partners who replicate our childhood struggle and support the decisions we made. The difficulty in living in 'today' is that we continually limit ourselves to one option when other options would work better for solving current problems. The "Redicision" process allows us to free ourselves from past decisions and consider new options in the present.
