Person-Centered Therapy

 

While helpful with people's present concerns, person-centered therapy is also useful with personal development allowing us to become our best self.  When limited validation and acceptance has been experienced, it becomes crucial to have an environment where awareness of one’s self, as he/she was created, can occur.  "Person-Centeredness" provides a comfortable experience where one can reach their highest potential.
